1 General Terms & Definitions

Some important terms used in these Terms are explained below:

• "Platform" refers to the 33cv website, mobile version, and all related digital services.
• "Member" refers to any person who has created an account on 33cv and is using the platform's services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to participating with money in any game or event.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to additional money provided for promotional purposes, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Wagering" refers to the total amount that must be bet before a bonus can be withdrawn.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and create a legal bond between both parties.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account and use services on 33cv, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Only those aged 21 or above may use this platform.
• Each person may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of deposited funds.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
• 33cv may request additional documents at any time as part of the identity verification (KYC) process.
• If any account information changes, the member must notify 33cv immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on 33cv:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, unless a different arrangement has been made.
• 33cv actively works to prevent money laundering — 33cv reserves the right to carry out additional verification and hold funds in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Every withdrawal request is subject to a verification process — if there are active bonus conditions on the account, the withdrawal may be temporarily held.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The following conditions apply to bonuses and promotional offers from 33cv:

• Welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus combined.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible once the wagering conditions have been met.
• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, 33cv reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• 33cv reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of promotional offers.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting and playing games on the platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a specific technical error has occurred.
• Platform outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology — all results are fair and impartial.
• In the event of an incomplete game or erroneous result due to a technical fault in the game, 33cv reserves the option to refund the affected bet.
• The use of any bots, automated software, or attempts to gain an artificial advantage are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
• In sports betting, if evidence of match-fixing or use of insider information is found, the related bet will be voided.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

33cv's VIP program has five tiers, through which weekly cashback can be earned:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Members can progress to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty. 33cv reserves the right to modify the detailed terms of VIP benefits.

7 Responsible Gaming

33cv places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Following the points below is especially important for members' own wellbeing:

• Online betting and gaming are for entertainment — not a means to cover living expenses.
• Members may set deposit limits, betting limits, or Self-Exclusion on their own account.
• If you feel that you or someone you know has a problem with gaming addiction, seek help immediately and contact us.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

33cv reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If fraudulent activity, a cyber attack, or an attempt to hack the platform's technical systems is made.
• If threatening or abusive behaviour is directed at another member or staff.
• On court order or at the request of a law enforcement agency.

If an account is closed, any valid balance is generally returned, though it may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

10 Limitation of Liability

33cv bears no responsibility for the following:

• A game stopping mid-way due to an internet disconnection or a technical problem with the member's device.
• Loss caused by the member's login credentials falling into another person's hands.
• Any problems on the platform of a third-party game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt).
• Loss resulting from the member's own negligence or actions contrary to these Terms.
